Fancy doing something completely different? Help recycle cups

Marathon runners need to stay well hydrated along the course. Since disposable cups are no longer allowed, we have — after a long search — switched to thousands of recyclable cups. A great sustainable step!

After use, these cups are collected separately in bags at the aid stations. Those bags need to be picked up and transported on Sunday. Fortunately, we have box trucks and vans ready — now we’re still looking for enthusiastic drivers.

Will you help pick up the bags of cups on Sunday? A fun job, working outside and you’re directly contributing to a sustainable and successful marathon event.

We could also still use people to hang wayfinding signs or other drivers.
