National Doping Regulations and Disciplinary Regulations of the General Disciplinary Law apply exclusively
The participant acknowledges and accepts that the National Doping Regulations and the Disciplinary Regulations of the Institute for Sports Law, as currently worded or amended at any time, apply to their participation in the event organized under the responsibility or auspices of the organizer (hereinafter: “the Organizer”). They are obligated to comply with the provisions contained therein and to cooperate, if required, with the implementation of these provisions. The participant acknowledges having been able to review the National Doping Regulations on the website of the Doping Authority (www.dopingautoriteit.nl/juridisch) and the Disciplinary Regulations of the General Disciplinary Law on the website of the Institute for Sports Law (www.isr.nl/onderwerpen/algemeen-grensrijzen-gedrag).
National Doping Regulations prevail in case of conflict
In the event of a conflict between the provisions of the National Doping Regulations and doping-related agreements under any other agreement or regulation, the National Doping Regulations shall prevail unconditionally and in full.
Acceptance of Disciplinary Jurisdiction and Decisions of the Doping Authority
The participant accepts that the competent authorities or bodies under the National Doping Regulations are authorized to investigate, determine, and sanction (suspected) doping violations in accordance with the National Doping Regulations and the applicable disciplinary framework. The participant agrees to fully cooperate with this process. The participant accepts the decisions (decisions and orders) of the Doping Authority, exclusively insofar as they arise from the Anti-Doping Policy Implementation Act and the National Doping Regulations, and is obligated to comply with them (while retaining the right to object and/or appeal). The participant accepts the sanctions (upon becoming final) imposed under the National Doping Regulations and/or the applicable disciplinary regulations.
Automatic Effect Upon Registration
This article applies to every participant who participates in activities that fall under the organizational or disciplinary authority of the Organizer, regardless of whether this provision has been signed separately.
